The glass products such as front glass cover and rear glass cover processed by Lens are characterized by being lighter, thinner, clearer, cleaner, scratch-resistant, and anti-fingerprint (AF). The transmittance rate of front glass cover can reach up to 98% through Lens’s double-sided AR technique, and the products produced through our chemical strengthening technique can achieve a surface hardness of over 680HV, greatly enhancing performance in the 4PB and POR tests.
Lens also provides diversified surface treatment technology for rear glass cover, including NCVM color film, gradient color coating, silk screen printing, pad printing, lithography processing, frosted surface treatment, film lamination, texturing and wire drawing, providing world-leading brands with a complete set of technical solutions.
The glass cover products of Lens are mainly divided into small and medium sizes as well as large sizes, ranging from 3mm to 2500mm, with accuracy down to the nano level.
Lens Technology has the ability to process a variety of metal materials, including stainless steel, space aluminum, magnesium-aluminum alloy, titanium alloy and other new composite materials. We also have comprehensive surface treatment capabilities, such as automatic 3D polishing, super-hard PVD coating, industry 4.0 anodizing, metal surface T treatment, etc. Our processing technique adopts advanced equipment at home and abroad, with processing accuracy stable at around 0.01mm.
Lens Technology has invested in R&D and production of sapphire materials as early in 2012, and has one-stop R&D and production capabilities from crystal growing equipment manufacturing to cutting, polishing, grinding, and finished products. The sapphire produced by Lens has a purity of 99.999% and a Mohs hardness of 9, which is close to diamond. Its lattice structure determines its high strength, high hardness and abrasion resistance, with a light transmittance of over 91%. It is widely used as mobile phone camera covers, mobile phone fingerprint recognition covers, mobile phone display covers, and LED substrates, providing customers with high-quality choices for high-end products.
Lens Technology masters a variety of molding technologies for precision ceramics, including dry pressing, injection molding and tape casting. We also provide a variety of surface treatment processes, including polishing, frosted surface treatment, wire drawing, engraving characters, coating, lasering and anti-fingerprint treatment, etc.
The ceramics products have high hardness and scratch resistance with a Mohs hardness of 9; high temperature resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, strong signal penetrability, smooth touch, which are the characteristics of high-end products. They have been widely applied onto mobile phone back covers, side buttons, camera protective rings, watch related parts such as watch cases, bezels, straps, buckles and automobile related parts.
Lens Technology’s molding equipment are the world's top-notch high-speed injection molding machines. The product applications include smart wearables, smartphones, laptops, tablets, and the equipment ranges from single-shot to double-shot machines and in-mold injection molding, with all levels of tonnage equipped.
Lens Technology has world-class capacitive touch screen (GF/GFF/OGS/GG), flexible touch technology, FILM SENSOR (10/10um Narrow Border), high-precision 2.5D/3D precision lamination process, automation technology and production capacity, providing stable and high-quality products for electronic information and smart automobile industry.
The fingerprint modules produced by Lens Technology are widely applied to smartphones, computers, door locks, luggage and other consumer’s products.
The technology is independently developed by Lens and can provide customers with diversified solutions, such as front capacitor module, rear capacitor module, side capacitor module, under-screen optical module and other solutions. Our automation rate has reached 92%, and the quality traceability can be narrowed down tremendously with all kinds of materials in manufacturing.
Based on the technical and resource advantages of precision structural parts, Lens Technology has successfully extended its business to structural parts such as sapphire, ceramics and metals, as well as touch, fingerprint, antenna and camera modules, and has formed a one-stop supply of structural parts + modules, realizing vertical integration of end-to-end supply chain of smartphones.
