Complaint Content

LENS advocates the spirit of fair, clean and honest cooperation. If you are subject to unfairness and injustice in the course of participating in LENS business, which cannot be dealt with through normal business complaint channels, you can leave feedback on such issues.


Conditions for Acceptance of Complaints

Real-name complaint. Complaints made by complainants in their real names will enable us to obtain more detailed and accurate information for effective follow-up and investigation. Where appropriate, we will inform the complainant of the investigation results simultaneously. The complaint should be true and clear. The complainant should provide detailed and true information so that we can deal with it quickly. The facts provided should include the information of the complainant and the relevant evidence of the complaint (e.g., contracts, orders, part numbers and other relevant supporting documents).


Confidentiality Obligations

LENS undertakes to keep all complaint information strictly confidential. The registration and data storage of the complainant’s information shall be followed up and processed by the designated personnel, and others shall not have the right to contact, so as to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the complainant.
